We are currently searching for a SENIOR MANAGER for our evening shifts. Candidate must be a university graduate and should be skilled at planning, organizing, directing and controlling the daily operations of a very busy shop. They must control the inventory, monitor revenues, respond to customer suggestions, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, develop, implement and analyze budgets and participate in marketing plans and implementation. They must plan and set staff work schedules and monitor and conduct staff performance reviews as well as recruit, hire, train and supervise in excess of 20 staff members.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computerized bookkeeping systems, point of sale systems, word processing  and spreadsheet software. The candidate must be fully trained in artisanal gelato production methods. They must excel in a fast-paced environment, be able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
